Some items that the SED Supports

1) State Hippology Contest

3) State Communication Contest
4) Travel to National Contest

Each year proceeds from the District Horse Show go towards supporting the State Educational Contest. The SED district provides some general funding to help put on the events and it also provides scholarships to directly help kids from the SED attend these events. We had members on Horse Judging, Hippology, Horse Bowl and Individual Presentation Contest. This years NC teams and individuals were record setters. NC won 5 of the 6 team educational categories. This has never been done before and the SED is proud to be able to help sponsor these events. This is only made possible due to the proceeds from the District Horse Show. This is the only fund raiser sponsored by the SEDHC.
