The SE District Horse Council is the advisory group for the NC South East District 4H Horse Program. The group consist of entirely volunteers and some 4H agents. We generally meet quarterly at varying locations throught the district, please contact your local agent for time and location of our next meeting or refer to the front page as it should be listed. All concerned are welcome to attend the meetings.

The 4H Horse program does not require any member to have a horse, but merely to enjoy horses. Many of the activities put on through out the year do not require a horse. Please contact your local 4-H agent for more information on a club near you.

Effective 2010, certified helmets MUST be worn by ALL 4-H'ers while mounted!
This includes western riding!
